Payment And Financing
At Body by Batal, we strive to be as transparent and open about all costs associated with your surgery. While many factors go into the final price of your operation, we won’t bill you after your scheduled date and all follow-ups up to 6 months after your surgery date are included.
Consultation Fees
Dr. Batal charges $75 for consultations either in person or virtual. This will be deducted from your cost of procedure, in addition to the discounts Dr. Batal will offer you. Payment of this fee before your consultation is required to lock your time with the doctor as Dr. Batal will personally give you a detailed breakdown and exam during your consult. You are welcome to pay in person, however, your appointment will be a soft hold and there may be short delays. We do ask you respect Dr. Batal and our staff’s time and if you need to reschedule your consultation or follow-up please give us 24 hours notice.
NOTE: Due to previously scheduled surgeries , we may not always be able to schedule you for your preferred time(s) but will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule, even beyond normal office hours.
Deposit
At the time you want to schedule a surgery date, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve your time slot. If you’re unable to make a deposit at this time, we can hold your preferred slot for up to 24-48 hours.

Full Payment & Cancellation Fees
Payment must be made in full no later than 3 weeks prior to procedure. If you cancel 21 days or more prior to the scheduled procedure date all payments except your deposit are refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled procedure or fail to show for your scheduled procedure all fees will be forfeited and not returned to you.
Care Credit & Cherry Financing
Dr. Batal offers Care Credit Financing but please note that there are considerable fees associated with financing that are paid directly to Care Credit and are not collected or held by either Body by Batal or the Vytal Center (Batal Plastic Surgery Care Credit Account Name) and cannot be refunded or deducted from your final surgery cost. If you have questions about Care Credit, please contact the company directly at (866) 893-7864. Cherry Financing depending on one’s credit could get approved to cover your entire procedure up to 24 months at 0% interest. Our patient coordinator can break down the various flexible payment options we offer our patients.
Private Insurance
Body by Batal does not accept private insurance. Coverage from private insurance for elective cosmetic surgery is rarely accepted and our office cannot bill insurance companies directly. However, if all or part of your procedure has been pre-approved by your insurance to be covered we can provide you with the appropriate billing codes so you can communicate with your insurance company directly. We can also assist in getting insurance approval by providing appropriate letters of support and health and medical information and photographs for you to submit to your insurance company.
Non-Covered Items
Your treatment plan is all inclusive for all surgery and supplies that will be done by Dr. Obaida Batal and staff. Items outside of this quote include prescribed medications which may or may not be covered by your insurance as well as additional compression garments. One (1) compression garment will be provided along with a limited supply of ABD Pads and other bandages when you are discharged. You will be responsible for purchasing additional garments or pads if needed once discharged.
