Dr. Obaida Batal
Dr. Obaida Batal is a cosmetic surgeon with a focus on liposuction and body contouring using a tumescent liposuction technique which is much gentler and yields better contouring results. He completed his residency training in general surgery at New York Presbyterian Methodist Hospital with additional fellowship training in advanced laparoscopic surgery. He also participated in a research fellowship in the Department of Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
An experienced specialist in minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Batal favors a light or awake sedation method that brings faster recovery, limited bleeding, and reduced bruising and swelling. This kind of liposuction and body sculpting can be combined with other procedures such as tummy tucks, fat transfers, and skin tightening to achieve a more natural and longer lasting transformation
