At Body by Batal, we strive to be as transparent and open about all costs associated with your surgery. While many factors go into the final price of your operation, we won\u2019t bill you after your scheduled date and all follow-ups up to 6 months after your surgery date are included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We DO NOT charge for consultations either in person or virtual and don\u2019t require a deposit. We do ask you respect Dr. Batal and our staff\u2019s time and if you need to reschedule your consultation or follow-up please give us 24 hours notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NOTE: Due to previously scheduled surgeries , we may not always be able to schedule you for your preferred time(s) but will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule, even beyond normal office hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the time of your scheduled surgery date, a deposit is required to reserve your time slot. If your final surgery cost is less than $4,000 than a $500 deposit is required. If it is over $4,000, a $1,000 deposit is required. If you\u2019re unable to make a deposit at the time of your scheduled surgery date, we can hold your preferred slot for up to 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can take payment over the phone if you\u2019re unable to make it back to our office. Please call (310) 230-5911<\/a><\/strong> to talk to one of our friendly staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment must be made in full<\/strong> no later than 3 weeks prior to procedure. If you cancel 21 days or more prior to the scheduled procedure date all payments except your deposit are refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled procedure or fail to show for your scheduled procedure all fees will be forfeited and not returned to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Vytal Surgery Center offers Care Credit Financing but please note that there are considerable fees associated with financing that are paid directly to Care Credit and are not collected or held by either Body by Batal or the Vytal Center and cannot be refunded or deducted from your final surgery cost. If you have questions about Care Credit, please contact the company directly at (866) 893-7864<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Body by Batal does not accept private insurance. Coverage from private insurance for elective cosmetic surgery is rarely accepted and our office cannot bill insurance companies directly. However, if all or part of your procedure has been pre-approved by your insurance to be covered we can provide you with the appropriate billing codes so you can communicate with your insurance company directly. We can also assist in getting insurance approval by providing appropriate letters of support and health and medical information and photographs for you to submit to your insurance company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Your treatment plan is all inclusive for all surgery and supplies that will be done by Dr. Obaida Batal and staff. Items outside of this quote include prescribed medications which may or may not be covered by your insurance as well as additional compression garments. One (1) compression garment will be provided along with a limited supply of ABD Pads and other bandages when you are discharged.
